Maintenance and Inspections
Our team of qualified and trained technicians use up-to-date maintenance technical data to perform in-depth inspections such as annuals, 100-hrs, and pre-buys. Our large inventory of special tooling and parts facilitate repairs in a correct and timely manner. NDI Level 1 & 2 Dye Penetrant testing available as well.
Engine Overhauls
Engine overhauls are performed on site in a clean environment with multi-personnel safety checks throughout the process. Our checklists and assembly manuals are designed to have safety as the #1 goal. Calibrated tools, proper special tooling, and individually colored torque stripe make sure that your overhaul experience is the most reliable experience possible. We invite you to tour the shop during your overhaul to gain a better understanding of part relationships and see firsthand our standard of safety and quality.
Structures and Composites
With an extremely well-equipped fabrication area, we have capabilities most shops dream of. Forming presses, brakes, shears, rollers, lasers, CNC, heat treat ovens, and Alodine tanks are a short list of the equipment we possess. As manufacturers move toward newer models, they tend to limit support for the legacy aircraft. Our goal is to keep you flying, regardless of aircraft age or factory support level. Enhanced scanning and CAD drawings can be turned into rare and elusive parts keeping you where you want to be...in the air.
Paint and Coatings
Complete paint strip and shoots, touch-ups, and bulk sales available. An Axalta paint bank and color palette can match your precise color for that flawless blend. Environmentally safe paint strippers are used to remove that flaking or outdated coating in preparation for a gleaming new statement to be made. A full strip of the aircraft helps expose minor structural defects that if addressed now, save headache and budgets later.
